Refund policy
At Ornella & Co, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.
Returns
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return an item for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unused, unworn, and in the same condition you received it.
- In the original packaging with all tags, labels, or seals intact.
Certain items may not be eligible for return, including:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers).
- Personal care items (e.g., cosmetics )
- Custom or personalized orders.
- Gift cards.
Return Process

- Pack the item securely in its original packaging (if possible) and include a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase.
Return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 3 business days.
Please note:
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- For partial refunds or items on sale, only the discounted price will be refunded.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, follow the return process outlined above and indicate that you would prefer an exchange. Depending on product availability, we will send out the replacement within 3 business days after receiving the original item.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at theornellacompany@gmail.com or 208-627-6597. We will arrange for the return and replacement of the item at no additional cost to you.
